- Provided for loan amounts up to $10 million with a minimum loan amount $200,000
- Non-US credit required; Foreign assets allowed
- Offer loan to value up to 70% depending on the loan size
- Include interest only loans
- 15, 20 and 30 years amortization
- Accommodate limited partnership, Corporate and LLC vesting.
