Provided for loan amounts up to $10 million with a minimum loan amount $200,000
Non US credit required; Foreign assets allowed
Offer loan to value up to 70% depending on the loan size
Include interest only loans
15, 20 and 30 years amortization
Accommodate limited partnership, Corporate and LLC vesting.
